What you buy

Access to the FitoutFlow browser edition on one browser installation. Each project has separate programme, meeting, commercial, document and approval records. Company plans allow completed projects to be archived to free an active slot. A Single Project licence stays with its original project, including after archiving.

Payment and activation

Stripe processes payment on its hosted checkout. FitoutFlow activates after verified payment. If activation is delayed, return to Licence & plans and select Check payment / refresh access, or contact support with the payment reference. Keep your receipt.

Fixed terms

No automatic recurring charge applies. Access begins on verified activation. The app shows the inclusive expiry date. Renewing the same plan extends a still-active term; renewing expired access starts a new term. Buying a different plan starts a new full-price term without an automatic credit for the old plan.

After expiry and device changes

Expiry makes your saved projects read-only; viewing, reports and backups remain available while the app and local records remain accessible. Expiry does not intentionally delete records. Clearing browser data, changing profiles or losing the device can remove local records and activation. Export backups regularly. Contact support for installation recovery or a device transfer; activation is not a shared team login.

Current delivery

FitoutFlow uses a browser workspace with local records, including when opened as an installed Windows web app. Microsoft Store distribution is awaiting certification. A separate native Windows engine, packaged Android release, shared editing and cloud sync are not included.

No voluntary change-of-mind refund is offered. Contact support with your payment reference for duplicate charges, activation failures or material faults. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies.

Because renewal is manual, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may stop using the app and choose not to renew. Stopping use alone does not submit a refund request.

Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method. The time until funds appear depends on the payment provider. Do not send card numbers or security codes to support.

A full refund withdraws editing access associated with that purchase when FitoutFlow next reconnects. Your local project records are retained for viewing and export. Partial refunds and adjustments require support review; they are not automatic plan changes.

Project records

Your project details, participants, financial registers, attachments and generated reports remain in this browser's local storage. Choosing a save folder adds organised copies in a location you select. These copies are ordinary, unencrypted files. The app needs your folder permission; the browser may require it again later. Exported PDF, Word and Excel files follow your browser's download location.

Purchase and access records

The billing service stores the installation identifier, a hash of a random installation credential, project identifier, chosen plan, payment/session/event identifiers and a signed licence. It does not receive the project name, project registers, attachments or generated reports through this billing integration.

Stripe receives the contact and payment information entered at checkout and processes it under its own privacy policy. Artiena can view relevant purchase information in Stripe, such as the buyer's email and payment status. Hosting providers may process request and security logs. The service uses a short-lived hashed network identifier for rate limiting.

Support and retention

Contact support for access, correction, recovery and privacy requests. If you voluntarily send project backups or attachments for support, they leave your device; send only what is necessary. Purchase records may be retained for accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Clearing your browser data does not remove Stripe or seller purchase records.

Local project records and folder copies remain until you remove them; clearing browser storage does not delete independent folder copies. The billing ledger has no automatic deletion timer: access records remain available for licence recovery, and purchase records are retained where needed for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Support correspondence and hosting logs follow the provider’s retention settings. To request review or deletion of seller-held data, email developer@artiena.com with your purchase reference. Support will verify the request, identify any records that must be retained, and explain the outcome. Do not send card details or API keys.
