Emiramble does not require an online account. There is no Artiena account to delete for this app.

Saved places and preferences

Remove saved destinations within the app, or clear Emiramble’s storage through Android Settings → Apps → Emiramble → Storage. Clearing storage removes saved places and local preferences. Android menu labels can vary by device.

Location

Use “Forget current location” in the app, close the app process, or revoke its location permission in Android settings. The app holds its optional location fix in memory and does not send it to Artiena.

Optional device lock

Disable the optional app lock before transferring your device. Secure-storage behaviour can vary by platform; some keychain data can survive uninstalling. Contact support if you need help.

Support correspondence

If you have emailed Artiena, send a deletion request to developer@artiena.com, preferably from the address used for that correspondence. Identify the messages or request you want removed. Information needed for an unresolved request or applicable record-keeping obligations may be retained.

Do not send identity documents or passwords unless a specific, necessary verification method has been agreed.
