Information stored on your device
Emiramble stores your saved destination IDs, chosen interests and usual emirate locally. No online account is required. The app does not send these preferences to Artiena LLC. You can remove saved places, change your preferences, or clear the app's storage in Android settings. Clearing storage removes local preferences.
Optional location
When you tap Near me, Emiramble requests foreground location access to calculate approximate straight-line distances. The location is held in app memory, not sent to Artiena LLC, and is cleared when the app process closes or you choose Forget current location. You can deny or revoke location permission and continue browsing manually. The app does not request background location.
Optional device lock
If enabled, a salted password-derived verifier and biometric preference are stored in platform secure storage. Password text is not retained. Biometric verification is handled by your device; Emiramble does not receive fingerprint or face templates. The lock protects app access; it does not encrypt ordinary saved-place preferences. There is no online password recovery. Platform keychain data can sometimes survive uninstalling; disable the lock before transferring a device.
External links and email
Maps, venue websites, booking pages and source links open external services with their own privacy policies. Destination names or destination coordinates can be included in map links. Emiramble does not append your current GPS coordinates. If you choose to email developer@artiena.com, Artiena LLC receives the information you send, including your email address and any attachments, and uses it to respond to your support, image-removal or credit-correction request. Email providers process the message under their own policies. Send only information needed for the request. Request deletion of support correspondence through the same address; information needed for an unresolved request or applicable record-keeping obligations may be retained.
Advertising, analytics and payments
This version has no advertising SDK, analytics service, online profile, cloud synchronisation or in-app payment collection. No device advertising identifier is used. Catalogue data and images are bundled for offline browsing. External websites may use analytics, accounts or payments independently of Emiramble.
Your choices and contact
You can browse without location or a device lock. Manage permissions in your device settings. Contact developer@artiena.com for privacy questions or requests concerning information you sent to Artiena LLC. Image and credit removal requests can be made from the app's image-credits section.
Changes
This policy describes the current app. If data handling changes, Artiena LLC will update the policy and its effective date before introducing the changed handling.
This website
This product website does not contain advertising, analytics scripts or account forms. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. Email links open your email service and do not submit a message automatically.
