1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of Heirloom Table, an Android application provided by Artiena. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable Google Play terms.
2. Free and paid access
The free version allows up to 10 personal recipes. A one-time Lifetime Local purchase unlocks unlimited recipes, memories, PDF exports and manual backups on supported devices, subject to Google Play purchase verification.
3. Purchases and refunds
Google Play processes purchases, displays the final local price and applies taxes or currency conversion where required. Billing questions, cancellations where applicable, and refund requests are handled under Google Play’s policies and applicable law. You may use Restore Purchase in the app when supported by the same Google Play account.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the recipes, photographs, memories and other content you enter. You are responsible for having the right to use that content, keeping your device secure, remembering local access credentials, and creating manual backups before changing, resetting or disposing of a device.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its security, reverse engineer it except where law permits, bypass purchase controls, distribute unlawful content, or use the app in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
6. Availability and updates
We may update, improve or discontinue features. We aim to maintain compatibility and quality but cannot promise uninterrupted availability on every device or Android version. If a material paid feature changes, we will act consistently with applicable law and Google Play policies.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Recipes and cooking notes are user-provided and are not professional health, allergy, nutrition or food-safety advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artiena is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss caused by device failure, forgotten credentials or missing backups.
8. Intellectual property
Artiena owns the app, brand, interface and related software, excluding your content and third-party materials. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the revised version with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to hello@artiena.com.
