PRIVACY & CONTROL
The current Android build encrypts records and copied attachments locally. Optional fingerprint, face or device credential checks protect access through Android.
Create a password-protected backup and keep a separate copy. Your backup password is essential for recovery; Artiena cannot recover a forgotten password.

The current build works with records on your device. Email accounts, recovery services and paid vehicle plans remain in development. Cloud sync is not included.

Visit MOTORA support ↗Yes. Move a vehicle to the past portfolio to preserve its documents, history and memories. Its renewal reminders are paused, and you can reactivate it later.
Maintenance, breakdowns, parts, upgrades and expenses share a vehicle history. Paid records contribute to spending totals; pending invoices stay separate. You can attach invoices and view individual entries.
No. Trips and odometer readings are entered manually in the current build. MOTORA does not continuously track your location. SOS requests location only when you use that feature, with a manual landmark fallback.
Date reminders require Android notification permission and depend on phone battery settings. Mileage reminders use your recorded odometer. SOS prepares a message for selected contacts; you review it and press Send in SMS or WhatsApp. It is not an emergency dispatch service.
Use a password-protected .motora backup and restore it on the destination device. Keep the password securely and verify the restored records before removing the old app. Backups have a 100 MB limit; large videos may need separate copies.
They are illustrative estimates based on recorded information. The value calculator is not a live market appraisal. Current fuel-based emissions estimates cover petrol and diesel, with limitations for hybrid and electric vehicles.
