Email developer@artiena.com with your phone model, Android version and a description of the issue. Avoid sending private vehicle documents or passwords.
Protect your garage
In Settings, use Backup & recovery to export a password-protected .motora backup. Keep it outside the app and retain the password securely. Verify a restored copy before removing your old installation. Large videos may need separate copies because backups have a 100 MB limit.
Renewal reminders
Allow notifications in Android settings, check the saved expiry date and use Test notification in MOTORA Settings. Delivery can be delayed by phone battery settings. Odometer reminders rely on your manually entered mileage.
Remove your information
Remove individual records from their detail views. Deactivation keeps a vehicle’s memories; removal deletes its profile from the garage. To remove all local information, clear MOTORA’s app data in Android settings or uninstall it. These steps remove local data, so export a backup first if you want to keep it. Remove shared documents and exported backups separately. The current build has no online account.
Availability
MOTORA is in development for Android. A public Google Play download and paid subscriptions are not available yet. This support address is not monitored as an emergency service.
