Delete your data.
Bloomyear: 2027 Planner is provided by Artiena LLC. Your planner and sign-in records are stored locally on your Android phone.
Delete everything on this phone
- Export any planner memories you want to keep.
- In Bloomyear 1.2.7 or later, open Settings → Privacy & account → Delete account and local data.
- Read the warning, type DELETE, and confirm. This permanently removes the local account and planner.
- For older versions, use Android Settings → Apps → Bloomyear → Storage → Clear data / Clear storage, or uninstall Bloomyear.
This removes local planner entries, copied photos, settings, login and recovery configuration. It does not delete the original photographs in your phone’s photo library. Exported or shared copies must be deleted separately.
Request deletion from Artiena
To request deletion of information held through our support or verification services, email accounts@artiena.com with the subject “Bloomyear data deletion”. Send from the relevant email address and identify the information you want removed. Do not include your password or security codes. We may verify your identity and explain any information retained for legal or security reasons.
Temporary verification challenges expire after ten minutes and are removed after use or expiry. We do not hold a cloud copy of your planner or password and cannot remotely delete local files on your device.
