BLOOMYEAR · PLANNER BY ARTIENA

Your privacy.
Clearly explained.

Privacy policy · Effective 6 October 2026

Bloomyear: 2027 Planner is provided by Artiena LLC. This policy covers the Android app, its email and purchase-verification services, and these Bloomyear information pages. Contact accounts@artiena.com about privacy or your data.

Your planner entries and photographs are stored on your phone. Email verification and subscription checks require limited information to be sent to online services. We do not sell your personal data.

1. Information kept on your phone

The app stores the name and preferences you enter, goals, vision boards, daily notes, lists, budgets, travel plans, photographs, captions and other planner records in its private application storage. Optional mood, cycle, symptom, fitness and meal records also stay on your device; they are not uploaded to our planner service. Do not enter information you are uncomfortable keeping on your device.

Your local sign-in uses your email and a salted password hash. Your password is not sent to our server. Optional authenticator secrets are protected using Android Keystore. Biometric authentication is performed by Android; Bloomyear does not receive or store fingerprint templates or face images. Android protects the app’s private storage, but exported files may be readable by anyone who can access them.

2. Information used by online services

FeatureInformation and purpose
Email verification and password recoveryYour email, a hashed app/device identifier, request purpose, a random challenge and submitted code are processed to send a one-time code and verify your request. The new password stays on your phone.
Google Play subscriptionsA purchase token, hashed app/device identifier, planner year and verification challenge are sent to our service to check the subscription with Google and issue time-limited access. Google processes payment; Artiena does not receive card details.
Website and service connectionsHosting providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser or device information and operational logs to deliver and secure the service. The current Android build can request Google Fonts, which exposes ordinary connection information to Google.
SupportIf you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Avoid sending passwords, authenticator secrets, recovery codes or unnecessary health information.

3. Providers and sharing

Hostinger hosts the website and verification service. Titan delivers verification and recovery emails. Google provides Google Play billing and, where requested by the app, fonts. These providers process information necessary for their services under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

When you choose to export or share a planner backup or photograph, the destination you select receives that content. You control that action and should check the destination’s privacy practices. Bloomyear does not include advertising or behavioural analytics in the current build.

4. Permissions and optional features

Selected photo access is used to add your photographs. Notification permission is used for reminders you enable; you choose the time. Biometric access is optional and uses Android’s system confirmation. You can manage these permissions in Android Settings. The current app does not automatically track your location or read health records from Health Connect.

5. Retention

Local planner records and sign-in details remain until you remove them, clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. Automatic Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for the app; keep your own export if needed. Verification challenges expire after ten minutes, are single-use and are removed from the service’s temporary memory after completion or expiry. Rate-limit records are temporary. The verification service does not maintain a persistent planner or password database.

Email delivery records, hosting security logs, support correspondence and Google’s transaction records are separate from these temporary challenges. Providers retain operational records under their applicable practices; Artiena retains support correspondence for handling the request and any necessary legal or security follow-up. Contact us to request deletion or more information about retained records.

6. Your choices and deletion

You can edit or delete individual planner items where the app provides that control. To remove all local planner and login data, use Android Settings → Apps → Bloomyear → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall Bloomyear. This cannot be undone without a backup. Remove exported copies separately from the destinations where you saved them.

For data held through support or our services, email accounts@artiena.com with “Bloomyear data deletion” from the relevant address. We may ask for reasonable identity verification. We cannot remotely retrieve or erase planner files stored only on your phone. See data deletion instructions. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information.

Deleting app data or uninstalling does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage cancellation in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Google may retain payment records as required for its services and legal obligations.

7. Teenagers and wellness information

Bloomyear is intended for teenagers and adults aged 13 and above, not children under 13. Where local law requires a higher age or parental permission, follow those requirements. A parent or guardian can contact us about information they believe a child has sent to our services. Wellness tools are optional personal records, not medical diagnosis, treatment, fertility prediction or contraception advice.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be explained through the app or website as appropriate. Privacy contact: Artiena LLC, accounts@artiena.com.
