Terms of use
Artiena Concierge Office is intended for authorised reception staff operating one standalone office. Public purchase terms and pricing will be confirmed before paid launch.
Product and availability
The current build is a pre-launch acceptance-test edition. This website is product information, not a checkout or a promise of public availability. Final subscription price, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, support scope and taxes must be shown before a customer agrees to purchase.
The intended edition is one office and one registered reception device, with up to five meeting rooms. It is not the multi-site enterprise product. Any procurement or support commitment is subject to the written order agreed with Artiena LLC.
Authorised use and purchaser security
Only the authorised purchaser may activate the office installation. Do not share activation credentials, authenticator setup secrets or recovery codes, bypass access controls or try to bind another customer’s records to your account.
The purchaser is responsible for supervising the reception device and the people using it. The receptionist kiosk PIN is separate from purchaser account authentication. The in-app kiosk is not Android managed-device lockdown; device-level security must also be configured.
Your operational data
The office is responsible for a lawful purpose, appropriate notices and permissions, accurate entry and proportionate retention of visitor, staff and ID information. Do not collect information that is unnecessary for reception operations.
Camera recognition can be incomplete or incorrect. Review the extracted fields and expiry date; the app does not certify identity, immigration status or physical access rights. A log, booking or badge entry is not a certified access-control or life-safety system.
Local storage and continuity
Records remain on the reception device. Protect the device, its unlock method and exported files. Current private backup snapshots are not portable restoration, device-loss or uninstall protection. Plan a verified continuity and recovery process before using the app for important operations.
Online connectivity is required for purchaser activation, sign-in and session revalidation. Loss of account-service availability may block authenticated access; do not rely solely on the app for emergency procedures.
Subscription and cancellation
The planned commercial model is an annual subscription with a seven-day trial, subject to the final offer. No automatic charge is created by installing this test build. Any future recurring offer must clearly explain the price, conversion date and how to stop renewal.
Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete an account, erase local records or revoke files already shared. Account deletion is not a substitute for cancellation through the purchase provider. Refunds and statutory rights are governed by the final purchase terms and applicable law.
Support and acceptable use
Contact hello@artiena.com for setup, security or support questions. Support must not require you to email passwords, recovery codes or unredacted ID documents. Do not use the app to unlawfully monitor, discriminate against or impersonate others.
