Your resumes stay on your phone

Resume drafts, candidate photos, visa details, education, certifications and cover letters are stored in private app storage. They are not uploaded to Artiena, advertised or placed in a candidate directory. Resume editing, previews and PDF creation work offline.

Account information

If you choose to register, Artiena receives your name, email and mobile number, along with optional gender and age. We use these details to provide your account and respond to support requests. Your password is stored as a salted, computationally expensive hash, never as readable text. Contact details are self-reported and are not verified in this version. Registration is not consent to marketing or public advertising.

Account information is kept until you delete your account or request deletion. Authentication sessions expire after 30 days. A protected local password verifier lets you unlock previously saved drafts offline. Offline access does not automatically upload or synchronize resumes. A recovery code lets you reset your password online; keep it private and safe.

Optional biometric unlock

After password sign-in, you may enable fingerprint or supported face unlock on this phone. Android performs the biometric check and protects a device-local security key. Artiena does not receive your fingerprint or face data. You can turn this option off in Account & login; password login remains available.

Files, photos and sharing

You choose photos and backups using Android’s file picker. The app does not request camera, contacts or broad storage permissions. It uses internet access for account actions. Saving a PDF or backup puts it in a location you choose. Sharing sends the selected file to another app you select, whose privacy practices then apply. Copying text puts it on your device clipboard. Temporary export files are removed on a subsequent launch after 24 hours.

Control and deletion

You can edit account details in Account & login and delete your account there using your password and an internet connection. Account deletion removes active account and session records, and the drafts on that phone. You can also request account deletion at Developer@artiena.com; we may ask for information needed to verify ownership. Do not send your password or recovery code by email.

Delete individual local drafts in My resumes, or clear all local drafts in Help. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes local drafts and cached login information but does not itself delete the online account. Automatic Android cloud backup is disabled. Exported files and copies shared with others must be deleted separately. Save an editable backup if you want to retain your work.

Support and service operation

If you email support, Artiena receives your email address and message to answer your request. Avoid sending resumes or visa details unless necessary. Request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us. The app includes no advertising or analytics SDKs. The account service is hosted on Hostinger at opencvita-api.artiena.com. Hostinger processes account-service data and connection information on Artiena’s behalf to provide hosting and security. Account records are kept in private server storage, separate from public website files. Hosting recovery copies may persist under the hosting backup schedule; deletion removes active account and session records.

Access, correction and support

You can review and correct your name, mobile number, optional gender and age in Help → Account & login. For questions about account data, correction of your registered email, or a deletion request, contact Developer@artiena.com. We may ask for information needed to confirm account ownership. Never send passwords, recovery codes or biometric information to support.

Updates

If the app introduces cloud resume storage, advertising, marketing or other data uses, its privacy information and any necessary choices will be updated before those features are enabled.
