Tell us what happened

Include your phone model, Android version, app version and a short description of the problem. If helpful, attach a screenshot with private details hidden. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, visa documents or a full resume unless it is necessary to resolve your request.

Keep your work safe

Use “Save editable backup” before changing phones, clearing app storage or uninstalling. A PDF is a finished document; use the editable backup to restore drafts in the app.

Photos and PDF files

Choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo under 15 MB. The app creates a square crop. For a PDF, open Preview and choose “Save resume PDF”, then choose a location in Android’s document picker. You can share a file after saving it.

Account access

When account registration is enabled, register or sign in online first. Keep the recovery code shown after registration in a safe place. The current recovery flow uses that code, not an emailed reset link. Email and phone details are self-reported and are not marked as verified.
